Track of the day-Kanye West:Good Morning

Ok so since it is really early in the morning right now, and i have nothing better to do than sitting here during a lecture in Marketing, I have decided to make the track of the day relevant to my drowsiness and my fatigued state at the moment. "Good morning" is the track that when your alarm goes off at 630 Am, and the coffee starts to pour;as his tune blasts from your cheap alarm clock radio. The so called ``Old School`` beat combined with Louis Vuitton Don`s masterful lyrics definetely gives me the jolt of energy that i need to get out of bed and start the day off. Enjoy

Alright, I know that I have skipped a few days of posting, so please forgive me because I have been really busy with school and other activities around me. I thought since we havent hear too much of "gangster rap" on my blog, might as well make the track of the day a more gangster tune. Personally i believe that Obie Trice is one of the most underated rappers in the industry, he delivers verses that are as good as any top 5 MC in the industry today. If only he would not be signed to Eminems crappy,yes im sorry i said crappy, record label;then maybe he would shine in the spotlight a bit more. This tune has a typical Shady beat to it, but both Cashis and Obie deliver great verses and have adjascent flow to the beat. Enjoy

Finally Some Home Grown Brotherly Talent-Mic Boyd Featuring Classified:Guess Who's Back

Ok so I have to support my fellow country artists as well time to time, and what better artists can it be than two brothers out of Nova Scotia. The only thing that I ever recognized coming out of Nova Scotia is Alexander Keiths,but I guess now there are two geniuses that have emerged from the coast of Eastern Canada. Mic Boyd has emerged into the canadian rap industry and even the international scene, also with a bit of promotional help from his successful brother Luke "Classified" Boyd. In this track, Mic Boyd has a smooth clean flow throughout the whole song, added with a very catchy chorus that gets stucks in listeners heads.This gives me a reason to be proud of the Canadian Rap Industry as it continues to give birth to more and more succesful artists. Track of the day:Birdman Featuring Lil wayne and Fat Joe:Make Way

Ok Ok. So I may dislike Fat Joe's personality and attitude, but you have to admit that he can spit some good rhymes. And how can you dislike Weezy F Baby singing in Jamaican?
This track has a jamaican sort of raggae chorus, but the verses that are being delivered here are straight out fresh Hip Hop. The typical slow and smooth flow from Birdman and Birdman Jr. combined with a pretty standard beat, creates a combination which makes it very pleasant to listen to.Enjoy

The typical Flow of Andre 3 K, and the smooth lyrics of Big Boi make this track so addicting to listen to. The fresh cool beat, combined with the creative lyrics create a breath of fresh air in HipHop and will make you understand that this truly is Hip Hop at its greatest.Part 4 Of Da Art of Story telling is personally my favorite sequel because it adds flavour and diversity into the Hip Hop genre. What's better than Pussy, Money and Weed?

The only thing better than the real thing is the actual track titled "Pussy,Money,Weed" by Lil Wayne. If you are looking for a track after a hard days work and are ready to blaze one, or grab a brew and sit on the couch to listen to some tunes, this track will suit you. It seems that whatever beat you give Lil Wayne, he murders it.In PMW weezy spits tongue twisters and rhymes which even the geniuses of geniuses could not think of. For example " Clothes are overrated, panties are debated, Einstein her head is the greatest" or how about "I Got her wet like she sweatin out a fever wow". These brilliant lyrics mixed in with the most chilled beat has made this track enjoyable to listen over and over again. If you think Lil wayne's music is all about Murdering a N*gga, or cooking his brew for the neighbourhood;well Weezy F has a romantic side to him as well, and he is starting to release more and more songs about "his women".

Well.. here it goes, the introduction to my blogging career. Who am i? What do i do? Why do i wanna have my own blog? The questions that im sure none of you really care about, but i will inform you anyways.My name is Maurizio Giordano and i am currently a student at the Northern Alberta Institute Of Technology. I am currently in my first year of business, finally experiencing the life of a poor college student and taking advantage of cheap wing wednesdays. I am a music fanatic,and as you will see more and more of my posts; you will be seeing artist reviews, cd reviews and anything else related to music. Most of the music that i will be reviewing and talking about will be of the hip hop/rap gender, although to mix the pot up a bit, there will be the odd rock or pop genre. The artists that i adore the most in the industry at the moment have to be Lil Wayne(Weezy F Baby),Kanye West(Kanyeezy),Lupe Fiasco and there are many others i could name. My love for Hip Hop is shown through my writing and rants which many of you will disagree with. As a rookie in blogging, please be patient with me as i may have many errors in my writing, and maybe some wrong views which you may not support. But as a blogger i will make my readers fully satisfied with every article that i post and will try to create a solid fanbase.
